In this 4-download set, Adyashanti leads four guided meditations that were recorded during the February 2019 silent retreat at Mt. Madonna Center. These meditations explore the subtleties of relaxing into pure awareness and resting as the natural stillness of our deepest nature. Each of these 20-25 minute sessions includes a guided meditation followed by a period of silence and a bell.
