A Retreat Invitation from Mukti: Pivotal Teachings of Adyashanti
This December is a wonderful time to experience retreat. During the holidays, inner light is strengthened as it is widely attuned to and celebrated. And it is a time to bring closure to the current year and to welcome renewal. Adya will be doing so himself, as his sabbatical year concludes and the new year marks his return to teaching.
This year of Adya’s sabbatical has been an opportunity to cherish so many of the teachings that he has poured forth to date, and a time to allow your own wisdom and your living knowledge of his teachings to come to the fore.
During this retreat, I will be sharing pivotal pointers from Adya’s past teachings, particularly those that I have found to be most transformative. And I’ll be recollecting meaningful encounters that I’ve had with him as his student as well as resulting insights that I carry forward into my own teachings.
As Adya prepares for his return to a new chapter of his teaching, I invite you to join me in marking seminal teachings from past chapters and once again bringing near his words and expression that have touched and sustained you.
The wisdom and presence of a true teacher is greatly informed by the very essence of Spirit. When one takes the offerings of such a teacher deeply into their heart and consciousness, this essence rouses that soul to wakeful, conscious living. As always, this retreat will ultimately be focused on both remembrance of Spirit and spiritual renewal.
“After listening to Mukti’s guided meditation in the Sunday Community gathering, her connection with the earth reaches into my heart—simply palpable. Mukti’s understanding and merging of Self-realization and Self-knowledge within the human—spirit and humanity—is a way home.” ~ J. M. (Testimonial from a participant.)
Sharing retreat with Mukti is an opportunity to be supported by her nurturing and welcoming qualities and her deep transmission of stillness. Her teachings focus on creating conditions that foster the organic unfolding of conscious awareness where energies that arise can be met, allowed, and transformed. Encouraged by her deep respect for each person’s expression as human and divine, her retreatants have formed new and beautiful relationships to thoughts, feelings, and emotions, as well as a deeper receptivity to spirit.
Mukti also brings a special perspective, being Adyashanti’s first student! Stories of her journey of Self-realization are invaluable and bring a fresh feminine take on many of Adya’s pointers. Her invitation to us all is generous and powerful—that of “Spirit coming to know and express itself in our human life.” We hope you take this opportunity to explore and learn from her intimate teachings.
