Media

Media includes an Internet radio program (live video broadcasts) that invites listener calls. By calling the program and providing your name, likeness, voice, and any questions or other material (“Caller Materials”) you grant Open Gate Sangha, Inc., its affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns the irrevocable right, in perpetuity, to use the Caller Materials in connection with the production, distribution, exhibition, advertising, and dissemination of the program you called (“Program”), and to edit, delete, alter and amend the Caller Materials in any manner, and to juxtapose the Caller Materials with any other material. The Program may be utilized throughout the world, in perpetuity, and in any and all media now or hereafter devised (including but not limited to streaming, downloads, and CDs that are provided free or for a fee) without any payment to you. The Program will be the property of the Open Gate Sangha, Inc., who has no obligation to use the Caller Materials in the Program. Callers must be 18 years of age or a parent or guardian must provide consent at the time of the call.

Your Account
