Living Dharma

Embodying the Enlightened Mind 3 MP3 Download 4 hrs. 22 min. $25.00

In these three recordings from the 2015 Spirit Rock Intensive, Adyashanti explores the lived experience of embodying the deepest realization of truth.

Part 1 ~ The Enlightened Mind: Adyashanti takes us beyond the limitations of our conceptualizing and interpreting mind that primarily runs our daily experience. Bringing us to the cliff of everything we think we know, he invites us to step out into the space of the unknown and access true wisdom, authenticity, and vitality.

Part 2 ~ Living Dharma: Adyashanti builds upon the foundation of Part 1 and explores one of the hallmarks of the enlightened state -- the lack of self-reflection. When we are not self-conscious and are comfortable in any moment with not knowing, including not knowing how to embody awakening, then more capacities come online for acting with true heart wisdom.

Part 3 ~ Self-Inquiry Dialogues: Adyashanti briefly emphasizes how integrity is fundamental for living our deepest realization. He then engages in a series of self-inquiry dialogues with participants to investigate, recognize, and embrace the real truth of who we are.

Topics Include:

  • The Grand Territory of Total Uncertainty
  • The Pros and Cons of the Knowing Mind
  • Embodying the Deepest Thing You Know
  • Discovering Spiritual Autonomy
  • The Precision of Self-Inquiry
  • Fully Accepting Your Fallible Self
